Whereas the previous Collectable Minifigure included only two arms, this version features four! These unusual arms were designed for Rio Durant in 75219 Imperial AT-Hauler, but are equally suited to Stitch. However, the character wields two yellow plasma blasters, instead of his normal armament of four. This accessory was introduced in 8683 Collectable Minifigures Series 1, but has not appeared in yellow before. This four-armed variant of Stitch is one of the more unique LEGO minifigures in this series with the awesome twin-arm piece, which makes a return after having only shown up once with the Rio Durant minifigure from LEGO Star Wars. How to find one: Feel for Patch, which is quite lumpy, and confirm with the D-shaped tile for her foxtail purse. Cruella also has an inner plastic bag, which should feel crinkly. The minifigure is also accompanied by a standard guitar and his dog, Dante. Even though this dog element was not originally designed to represent a Xoloitzcuintle, it definitely suffices and Dante's bizarre expression perfectly conveys his goofy personality from Coco. Do note that boxes can and may vary, so be sure to feel and confirm for the ones you want, especially as sometimes positions may change in transit etc.
It’s a really trippy minifigure arm, especially with two functional hands which can grasps a set of blasters, and can swivel up and down. Display screen: He can project different kinds of data on the frontal torso area of his vinyl body, from analyses to images. Baymax is a lovable and huggable character with a soft, inflatable body that can be deflated for easy storage. I built this figure of Baymax with my two children in mind. The model is both very sturdy and extremely adjustable. The swooshable factor on this model is high. They both love it! As I write this Baymax is flying through the room behind me.] How to find one: Try feeling for Prince John’s bag, which is quite lumpy and has a flat bottom with a recess. His crown and head is also easy to feel for as the crown has easy-to-feel for square notches.I think a combined head and torso piece, similar to those used on Chewbacca and many other minifigures, would have been effective instead. Decoration alone does not convey the desired cuddly shape, although the distribution of grey patches is accurate and I like the round slot for Baymax's programming chip on his torso. And to tie everything together, the Queen of Hearts has an incredible alternate face with a dismayed/angry expression. This is such an expressive face, and I can see many minifigure photographers, or customisers making great use of this face. For her accessory, Mulan comes with a Roman gladius sword, which isn’t too accurate – it would’ve been nice to get Shan Yu’s sword, but hopefully LEGO create one when they actually release Shan Yu as a minifigure/bigfig.
The thematic groups are also really welcome, such as Disney Princesses, iconic villains, and homages to Pixar and Disney’s modern animated era making this collection feel mostly well-planned and curated.Fourteen films are represented in 71038 Disney 100 Collectable Minifigures, of which Robin Hood is perhaps the least known. However, the titular outlaw is immediately recognisable and his unique head sculpt captures wonderful detail, notably including a yellow hat, with space for a red feather on top. Robin's pointed ears and fur texture each look excellent too.
