About this deal

AUX IN/STEREO LINK IN: -10 dBu Nominal Output Level (1 kHz) LINE OUT (L/MONO, R)/STEREO LINK OUT (L, R): -10 dBu Speakers Woofer: 20 cm (8 inches) x 2 If you see a busker using an wedge-shaped amp, and you hear a great sound, they are most probably either using this amp or the discontinued Crate Limo. The Roland CUBE Street Ex is not as good tonally as a Fishman Loudbox Artist (see below), but for the price and portability you really can’t go wrong. It is light enough to carry comfortably, it’s easy to use and the wedge shape helps with projecting your sound – a sound that is both clean and natural.

Features: Designed specifically, for acoustic guitars. It has two separate channels for Guitar and Mic/Line (XLR type), both with EQ, volume control and effects. FOOT SW (Reverb/ambience, Chorus) Balanced mic cable—heavy-duty XLR connectors, 3 ft./1 m length. Also available in 5 ft./1.5 m (RMC-B5), 10 ft./3 m (RMC-B10), 15 ft./4.5 m (RMC-B15), 20 ft./6 m (RMC-B20), 25 ft./7.5 m (RMC-B25),and 50 ft./15 m (RMC-B50) lengths. The Roland Micro CUBE GX is a great practice amp, but if used for busking, you will always be thinking about upgrading. It is indeed versatile, in that it offers many amp models and effects, but none would really be at home in a professional setting. The Roland CUBE Street is designed to be extremely versatile; it is equally at home with a folk singer as it is with a heavy metal musician. It boasts an impressive amount of amp models and effects, meaning that it is possible to perform without the need to carry many pedals with you. COSM tones for electric guitar, including Clean, Crunch, and Lead; preamp for acoustic guitar provides clean, natural sound Perfect for amplifying electric guitars, acoustic-electric guitars, vocals, keyboards, and drum machines The next generation of the Micro CUBE, a classic amp, and at the time it came into the marketplace there really wasn’t much competition in the busking amp category. In recent years it has also been improved to compete with other models, but unfortunately falls short.

Power Supply: AC adaptor (DC 13 V), Alkaline battery (AA, LR6) x 8, Rechargeable Ni-MH battery (AA, HR6) x 8These can vary depending on the specifications of the batteries, capacity of the batteries, and the conditions of use. Accessories Owner's manual Since 2008, CUBE Street has been synonymous with street performance. Discover how the rebranded BOSS CUBE Street II expands on the original. Read more… A core selection of COSM amps is represented – from acoustic guitar preamp and acoustic simulation to clean/crunch/lead options; as well as a trusty trio of effects – reverb, delay and chorus. Designed as a recording amp, the Yamaha THR5A is not at all limited to just one environment. The effects are of a high quality and very user-friendly. The tone sweep control is very subtle. The Roland Cube Street EX is compact in size and able to be completely battery powered. Building on the success of Roland's CUBE Street among traveling musicians now, the new CUBE Street EX takes this popular mobile amp and gives it a boost. With a power and performance upgrade that gives you more projection, more ins and outs and, ultimately, more versatility.

Balanced mic cable—heavy-duty XLR connectors, 3 ft./1 m length. Also available in 5 ft./1.5 m (RMC-B5), 10 ft./3 m (RMC-B10), 15 ft./4.5 m (RMC-B15), 20 ft./6 m (RMC-B20), 25 ft./7.5 m (RMC-B25),and 50 ft./15 m (RMC-B50) lengths. View ProductThe reverb is quite decent and you DO need it since is stereo and your guitar input is gonna be mono (they could do it stereo I guess, but that means double the DSP taken by the amp model)...so with this unit you want to use mono based FX pedals as Gate/Comp/Mono Chorus/Delay. Do not be deterred by the seemingly tiny 5w power rating; this amp will handle a moderately populated street. However, despite having more projection and better sound quality than the smaller Roland Micro Cube, at a higher volume this amp loses a lot of its clarity, becoming tonally muddy.

The 25w version is loud enough for the average busk, whereas the 40w version will give you lots of headroom with the benefit of a larger speaker. i-CUBE LINK/AUX IN: -20 dBu (15 k ohm) Nominal Output Level LINE OUT : -10 dBu (MONO) Speakers 16 cm (6.5 inches) x 2 Controls POWER switch If 50W of power isn’t enough, you can even stereo link another Cube Street EX to form a mighty but mini portable PA system – mountable on speaker stands for maximum sound dispersion. In this configuration you can run up to EIGHT simultaneous inputs – no need to shell out for a separate mixing desk. These can vary depending on the specifications of the batteries, capacity of the batteries, and the conditions of use. Accessories Owner's Manual Selectable output power modes to optimize battery life for different performing situations (Max: 50 W/5 hours; Normal: 25 W/10 hours; Eco: 10 W/20 hours*)On the Mic channel, you can fine tune your sound with a 3-band EQ as well as reverb and the ability to add three types of vocal harmony to your voice.
