An amazing retreat and highly recommended. David and Manu and the Trigonos team were so accommodating and provided a wonderful experience. The location is breathtaking and the grounds are so peaceful and serene. It's an ideal place to be silent and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. I thoroughly enjoyed the Buddhist teachings and mindfulness meditation practices every day and feel like I learned a lot of techniques and philosophies. The light yoga sessions in the morning and evening were also a perfect accompaniment and the vegan food was fantastic." Sarah, meanwhile, seemed to be sporting a grey and hot pink outfit with a geometrical pattern. Sarah and Maria explored several areas of the gym and even tried out a few moves on steppers before Jen finally asked the employee to take a closer look at the duo’s outfits.
