Dry down unleashes roasted coffee notes that work so well with the cacao. Intoxicating patchouli injects hints of dirty, earthy/musk that keep catching your nose, drawing you in for more. This scent settles into a smooth and rich cacao/coffee combo with spiced ginger, and light fruits underpinned with patchouli. This fruity-floral fragrance opens with the fresh and sweet notes of guava, pear and mandarin before melting into the heart notes of gardenia, jasmine and orange blossom. This makes the main body of the perfume well balanced and leaning towards the sweet side.

The opening of this scent is a tantalisingly deep and playful plum note with light berries and peach. Just like the original scent, sweet coconut in the heart soon takes centre stage, with floral touches of tuberose and other flowers to add balance. Reb'l Fleur Love Always is announced as a rich, sexy and more refined version of the chypre-fruity original. The fragrance is made to portray the power, sex appeal and mystery that Rihanna exudes. The composition contains identical accords of the first version created by Caroline Sabas and Marypierre Julien, only it is said to be re-dosed, richer and intensified. Rich dark plum leads the opening and is lightened by pretty white floral notes of neroli and freesia. An additional bouquet of peony, gardenia and orange blossom really crank up the intensity of the flowery notes. However, the plum becomes sweeter and holds its own. The presentation is true noir as the original Reb’l Fleur bottle looks like it’s taken a trip to ‘the upside-down’ world of ‘Stranger Things’. It’s dark, mysterious and cool looking. Nude Eau de Parfumis the perfect daytime fragrance for spring and summer, where the floral-fruity side of this fragrance can really shine. I would wear this perfume when out and about on a lovely spring/summers day.

If you happen to find any of these fragrances at a discount, most are a blind buy, in my opinion. As long as you enjoy sweet fruity floral aromas with some sensual musky undertones, you can’t go too far wrong. These are all easy to wear scents, and most are ideal for spring/summer.

Upon dry-down, sweet vanilla and cashmere wood add some smoothness. Musk, cedar and ambergris bring some sensual tones that allow this fragrance to be worn during the evening and daytime. Dries to a sweet plum/floral scent with a musk and wood base. Upon dry-down, sweet vanilla is soon joined by intoxicating patchouli and warm amber to provide a glamorous feel. Dries to a vanilla/coconut combo with attention-grabbing plum and seductive patchouli. Wow! Rogue Loveis definitely more of a daytime scent, ideal for warmer spring, summer months due to its fruits and tropical tones. This is just the type of fragrance I would wear for garden parties, shopping trips, lunches and weekend away. Dry-down reveals sweet vanilla and musky/earthy patchouli and amber that provides a slightly more elegant and sophisticated mature vibe. Settles to a classy plum/vanilla soaked suede scent with an undercurrent of exotic musk. Like the original, Reb’l Fleur Love Alwaysis an any-season scent that makes an excellent evening wear choice. I felt its quite dressy, so one to get dressed up and ready to impress. Think nights out with friends, bars, fancy dining, theatre, romantic evening strolls.

Kiss Eau de Parfumprojects reasonably strongly for the first 2 hours and slowly settles to a skin scent after 4+ hours. The plum and white flowers are the most prominent.

The scent itself is durable and will last around 6+ hours per application—longer on clothing. The sillage and projection are excellent, especially the suede and plum notes, with vanilla close behind. Launched in 2012, Nude Eau de Parfumremains one of the most popular Rihanna fragrances for the summer. With exotic fruits and pretty florals, this girly scent is easy to wear and just feels good on. This scent’s opening unleashes a tidal wave of sumptuous plum and luxuriously soft suede that seem to leapfrog the top notes of lemon blossom and cyclamen. Rose and jasmine are listed in the heart, but they are very light. The dry-down unleashes a decadent musky base, supported by earthy patchouli and hints of wood. This fragrance settles to a beautiful ylang-ylang scent that does not overpower thanks to fresh citrus and berries.

Rebelle Eau de Parfumby Rihanna is a luxurious and decadently indulgent combination of warm and spicy notes. Released in 2012, the perfumers behind this sophisticated celebrity fragrance are Marypierre Julien and Caroline Sabas. Reb’l Fleur Love Always Eau de Parfumis a darker and richer version of the original Reb’l Fleur fragrance and was released in 2018. This scent shares much of the same DNA as the original but intensifies the provocative plum note to devastating effect.

I managed to get 5+ hours of performance from this fragrance before it settled into a skin scent. Sillage and projection were very noticeable for the first 3-4 hours, especially the plum and vanilla. The cheeky tuberose gives an almost CH Good Girlvibe at times when it joins the vanilla.
