Hello Neighbor is a survival horror stealth game developed by Russian studio Dynamic Pixels and published by tinyBuild. Initially released as public alphas from 2016 to 2017, it received a full release for Windows and Xbox One on December 8, 2017, and later for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android on July 26, 2018. The best tactical move, however, is to sneak around, discover the ways to outsmart NPCs to learn their secrets and get a real scoop that will uncover the big mystery hidden in Raven Brooks. The twist is that every character in Hello Neighbor 2 is powered by a neural network AI, learning from the players, doing everything in their power to protect their gated community and its secrets. I can't believe how many people are hating this game. This is one of the games that are absolutely interesting. The game choud be acctually better of course, if the developers aren't such lazy and bad by executing it, but it has still recieved a better score than that. The basement segments at the end of each act are effective at ratcheting up the creepiness and even presenting some outright horror. The overall mood and feel - you’re in normal old suburbia but something is always just a little bit off - is well-constructed in terms of graphics and audio.
