Because of Percy's choice Olympus was saved. He kidnapped Grover and wanted to marry him because he thought he was a female. He was defeated by Percy and friends, but also cursed Percy.

Father of Lee, Michael, Austin, Kayla, William Shakespeare, and Will. Chiron - Chiron is a centaur and the director of Camp Half-Blood. Chiron is the son of Kronos and is immortal, training demigods for thousands of years. Chiron trained many heroes including Achilles, Jason, Hercules, Atalanta, Patroclus, Perseus, and Percy. As long as he teaches demigods he will remain immortal. He is son of Kronos. There are three young heroes: a brainy girl (Annabeth/Hermione), a funny screw-up type (Grover/Ron), and a somewhat troubled but very brave lead (Harry/Percy).I'm a huge fan of Greek mythology. (I may or may not have filled electives in high school and college with classes on mythology; just like I may or may not have obsessed over shows like Xena and Hercules in my teenage years.) I had a great time comparing my own personal knowledge of Greek mythology against the ways that Riordan weaves the stories into Percy's larger adventure.
