This Sharkboy Costume is a plus size outfit that's officially licensed from The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl movie. It comes with a gray jumpsuit that stretches to fit and features printed details on the exterior to make it look just like Sharkboy's armor. The foam chest armor fits over the top of the jumpsuit the is shaped like a shark's face in front. The matching gauntlets and boot covers are both made out of foam, and the boot covers are designed to work with most pairs of shoes. That means you can wear your most comfortable pair of shoes with this outfit! Once you have it on, you'll be ready to team up with Lavagirl to protect Drool from any villain! I layered the fuchsia felt on top of the gray felt to get a burnt 3D look to the lava pieces. Then I glued them on around the sequins. Sharkboy wears a gray bodysuit with shark-inspired designs. This includes silver body armor on his chest and wrists with red-accented gloves. The armor on his chest features the shape of a shark’s open mouth with pointy teeth. Silver paint can be used predominantly to color SharkBoy’s costume, but a few other colors may be needed to get most of the details correctly.

Lavagirl has fluorescent bright pink hair down to her shoulders in a somewhat wavy style. One of her most defining powers in the film features her hair lighting up neon pink when she uses her extraordinary abilities. Then I glued the “lava” down. I chose red sequin ribbon cause they would give me the movement and what girl doesn’t love sequins. It’ll help keep her warm in our cool October weather! So I had her put on the sweatsuit and used my fabric marking pen to mark out the general design (referring to a picture on my phone frequently).
