Cadbury Wispa Biscuits: a round biscuit with a layer of aerated milk chocolate, covered in milk chocolate. Launched in August 2014. Hazelnut doesn't really appear in the initial aroma though. It's a typical Cadbury chocolate aroma of sweet, buttery, lactic, notes. There's ripples of the surface of the bar but the finish is fairly matt. When the butter has been melted l et it cool so it does not cook the eggs when added. It needs to be cool or barely warm to the touch, but still a liquid. I never tended to personally have an issue with it, but maybe my explanation was off, or I was doing something extra without realising… but who knows. Either way, I binned the recipe off, and started again. Definitely better to fix it, rather than let people waste ingredients!

The final "price" settled on 3rd September at six bars, and on the 4th September, a box of half a dozen Cadbury Limited Edition Wispa Gold Hazelnut bars slipped through my letterbox.
