BT/VC module (8M5T-19C112-AM) as the firmware in your stereo will be to old and it’s very unlikely that Ford have released the firmware to dealers to upgrade stereo’s â€" and I doubt the technician’s ability to do it correctly anyway. There are two buttons on there stereo, both have a folder on them, and one has an arrow pointing into the folder, the other out of it.
