About this deal

This upgrade kit comprises 10 resin components and is designed to be assembled with the MKVI Tactical Squad set, which is sold separately. These components are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints. Salamanders MKVI Shoulder Pads: January 6th, 2022 We’re working hard on Warhammer Community next week, bringing you Faction Focus articles for the Adeptus Mechanicus, Aeldari, and more, alongside further analysis of some meaty units from the Leviathan boxed set, a new miniature reveal, and more. These resin shoulder pads will make your miniatures look great – and the sculpted Legion icon is a doddle to paint – and perfectly complement the elegant iconography found on the Emperor’s Children transfer sheet, for those who want to add even more Legion markings. You can also look forward to a set of 10 shoulder pads to help complete the Salamanders’ look. These feature the Legion’s draconic emblem and a subtle ridged trim. You have to expect an artisanal touch from the XVIII Legion. Salamanders MKIII Torsos: January 6th, 2022

This upgrade kit can be used to customise Legionaries with shoulder pads bearing the raven symbol of the Raven Guard. The kit includes 10 shoulder pads, each bearing a raised, sculpted icon that makes them simple to paint in the Legion’s signature colours, with a studded rim design appropriate to MKII ‘Crusade Armour’. Spread these components around your army and combine them with transfers to capture that signature XIX Legion aesthetic, or outfit entire squads for an elite, unified look. Thousand Sons MKVI Heads: January 21st, 2023Everything mixes in fine, I was able to use bits from the other Heresy plastics, 40k first-born marines and both the new and old Chaos Space Marine kits. One other thing to note though, if you are mixing kits, is that the torsos have little notches on them so the recommended arms line up properly. Cut these off if you want to use other arms, but just be sure to manually line up them up and dry fit a weapon if you’re not gluing the weapon in place before painting. Go big on the creepy vibes with a set of 10 resin shoulder pads bearing the Night Lords Legion symbol, a charming mash up of skulls and leathery wings showing that Kurze’s lot are completely committed to the bit. Iron Hands MKVI Heads: November 25th, 2022 Devastator Squad • Hellblaster Squad • Aggressor Squad • Eliminator Squad • Suppressor Squad • Eradicator Squad • Desolation Squad • Infernus Squad • Devastator Centurion Squad If the Devastator Doctrine was active for your army during the previous battle round, you can change it so that the Tactical Doctrine is now active.

Night Lords torsos, replete with gothic designs and grisly trophies. Death Guard MKVI Shoulder Pads: October 28th, 2022There are 40 miniatures, 23 for the Chaos Cult, and 17 assorted Inquisitorial Agents. Seven of these are brand-new dual-build miniatures that allow you to build a rag-tag band of hyper-talented weirdos. The set also contains the Ashes of Faith Campaign Rulebook with all the rules for playing out this planet-spanning narrative, and dozens of accessories.

This set comprises 344 plastic components, and is supplied with 20x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and a Legiones Astartes Infantry Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly. These helmets will pair delightfully with a set of 10 resin shoulder pads which are also forthcoming for the World Eaters from Forge World. There are five designs in total – you get two of each – all embossed with slightly more subtle Legion iconography than you’ll see on the battlefields of the 41st Millennium. Space Wolves World Horus Heresy Upgrade Kits Each one comprises a resin torso and and head marked out with the heraldry of the Salamanders, the Ultramarines, the Word Bearers, the Alpha Legion, the Raven Guard, and the Thousand Sons. Despoiler Squad Upgrade Set Line Sub Type: These are the only scoring units in your army. Unlike other games, only Line units are able to take, hold, and deny objectives, making them very important to field to be able to score points and win games. Some other units gain this sub type through Rites of War but they’re most commonly on your Troops (but not all of them!).

These resin heads and torsos are designed to be used with the Contemptor Dreadnought kit, adding a splash of Legion flavour to these fearsome machines. Ultramarines Contemptor Torso One thing to think about for both the scout and recon squads are the ability to infiltrate or outflank with some melta bombs to sneakily take out heavy enemy vehicles. For close combat Tactical marines do have a few options, being able to take either a normal bayonet, a chain bayonet, and the choice to take chainswords. The bayonet and chain bayonet are notably the cheaper options at 1 and 2 points per model, respectively, while the chainsword is much more expensive at 5 points per marine, making them 50% more expensive each. But which is the better option? Some thoughts: These are actually some pretty cool heads! Just remember, these are going to be resin, not plastic.

This upgrade kit can be used to customise Legionaries wearing MKIII, MKIV, and MKV armour with torsos featuring ornate Raven Guard iconography. The kit includes five torsos in three different designs – incorporating avian skulls, stylised wreath-wings, and the Raven Guard Legion icon. Spread these components around your army to capture that signature XIX Legion aesthetic, or outfit entire squads to mark them out as elite Legion Veteran Squads. Raven Guard MKII Shoulder Pads: February 3rd, 2023 The writhing, multi-headed logo of the Alpha Legion adorns their sculpted shoulder pads – perfect for anyone who balked at painting this intricate insignia with freehand alone. Spruce up your MKVI Tactical Squads, sprinkle in other upgrade parts, and your slippery soldiers will be ready to be fielded as any number of unit types found in Liber Hereticus – Traitor Legiones Army Book. Legiones Astartes – Character Heads Upgrade Set 1: March 17th, 2023 An earlier version of this article mistakenly announced that an episode of Hang Out & Paint would be broadcast on the Warhammer Twitch channel this Friday. In fact, the show will be going on hiatus until some point in June, when it’ll return to celebrate the launch of Warhammer 40,000 Leviathan in style. Watch this space for more info! Prefer a more baneful look than standard beakies? Outfit your MKVI Space Marines with 10 sculpted resin shoulder pads featuring the Eye of Horus, as well as a set of 11 resin heads for the Sons of Horus – nine Cthonian helmets in three different designs, plus a helmetless head and special helmet with an impressive topknot to signify a Sergeant or character. Included are 10 Iron Hands Legion-specific MKIV shoulder pads for use in games of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – enough components to outfit a squad of 10 Space Marines. The components in this kit are supplied unpainted. Iron Hands MKIII Shoulder Pads: November 11th, 2022
