About this deal

There are so many important lessons to be learnt in this novel and the author must be given high praise for writing and successfully portraying these hot-topic social issues.

There are no words to describe how perfect are these books, how speechless this series will made You feel !!! Grip is the lesson for our humanity, how to love and how to believe that we are worthy. Still- I k now I sound like a broken record but what I really loved about the book, this series, is the connection that these two characters feel for one another. Being an interracial couple comes with stigmas but Grip and Bristol don't buy into them. There are those against them, those for them, and those that placate them because they believe they won't last. The issues that they face are real, ugly, and hurtful at times but because of their deep commitment towards one another, they are able to rise above it all. It's not easy at times but they forever Feel, Trust, and Believe. I felt it, I believed it, and Grip and Bristol totally demonstrated...... What we also get is a look at their struggle. We know that Bristol is a powerhouse, and she is a boss babe extraordinaire in this book. Grip is finding his voice and his passion and begins to dig deeper into how he wants to impact the world. The pain that they experience in this book will pierce your heart, but the way this author weaves beauty into tragedy is breathtaking. When I read the Souls series I was very much intrigued by Grip and Bristol's relationship and wondered what was their story. Because they certainly had chemistry in spades. Their simmering lust and attraction also hinted at a much more deeper connection. Grip & Bris, wow, they are my new ultimate book couple, so much love & devotion between two sweet, poetic souls...Kennedy Ryan's ability to craft a tale and have the reader so invested in the characters is amazing. In addition to her incredible writing I loved the poetry in this novel. I would give this novel a 6 star rating because of how much I loved it. It was an excellent read. The authors words were so amazingly beautiful, I'm not sure there beauty will ever leave my heart... I want so much more than her body. She has thieved my soul, and I need to feel the reciprocity, the exchange. To know I’ve pilfered her and taken everything that she would offer and anything she meant to hold. Because that’s what she’s done to me. That’s not to say I didn’t experience frustration and indignation while reading the book. I had to curb the urge to toss my beloved Kindle across the room a time or two. However, that only served to make the ending all the sweeter.

While I read STILL I felt how impervious their love was. It showed in their words and actions. No matter how broken or vulnerable they both were they persevered because of their unconditional love and theirs was truly epic. AND-- Although she exasperated me a little from time to time, I ended up IN LOVE with Bristol!!!! I totally understood her once "It" came to light. I was like "Omg...Yes, that makes sense. I get it" #girlpower #strongwoman #loyalBristols career is going great, with so many new artist and contracts under her wing, she decides to follow Grip on his moving plans.. life is about to change for both of them.. so many new challenges and new things to fight for.. but their love is stronger than ever and nothing can break them apart. Still, while still continuing to delve further into racial issues and issues of inequality that were in the forefront of Grip, is truly a love story. It's a love story between a man and a woman who know no bounds when it comes to their love. The love Bristol and Grip share is real, it's astounding, it's a once-in-a-lifetime kind of love. And in Still, Ms. Ryan will have you feeling and reeling and reveling in their love. These are two people who "love without walls." I really recommend Still, it is an amazing book with a huge message and tons of love to give and spread around... Grip has become one of my favorite heroes of all times.. I've never read a character or even met a man like him.. he is so in love with Bristol.. in a way that you can even feel it.. and that's the beauty of Kennedy's words. When you read her words you actually feel so much of what Grips is going through, or what Bristol is felling. I could feel the powerful connection between them.. the angst, the worry. Everything they went through was very well felt through Kennedys writing..
