This book is a great primer for anyone who is not up to speed on the power of digital information or for anyone who is wondering how to become a code halo empowered company. The first part of the book was not entirely interesting to me as I was already aware of much of the topics(i.e. all the things you can do when you have a lot of information on your customers).
