With that all being said, if you are a beginner to self development you’ll love this book as it does make it very simple and broken down for you, however if you’re someone who understands gratitude, how to connect your behaviours to your thoughts / actions and vice versa, has awareness over the things that drive your choices etc etc this book may not fully resonate. This book was quite helpful. After carrying out some meditation I wanted to look into Manifestation a bit more and this is one of the books I’ve read on the subject. Expanding your understanding of each of the unique seven steps to manifestation, Roxie Nafousi provides practical techniques to teach you how to harness your potential and confidently step into your power. Full of simple and inspiring exercises designed to cultivate self-awareness, reflection and growth, empowering your manifesting process even more.

It has a few good ideas and ways to change your way of thinking. It is the sort of book that you will need to have access to for a long time after you’ve read it through, there are places for diary entries and it actively encourages you to plan things and write down different ways to go about achieving what you want out of life. At the start of 2021, I decided that it was time to write my first book. After teaching my 7 Step Guide to Manifesting in workshops and on webinars to thousands of people, I knew it was time to put everything together in a book so that people could have their very own manifestation handbook at home. I love the approach as it contains simplicity and is broken down for you but I've trouble fully resonating with the steps given because it feels repetitive and too surface. And sometimes, it's like a workbook with too many pressing questions and less action. Do you get what I mean?
