About this deal

Alongside the hybrid noise cancelling feature, these sensors allow for a more precise analysis of noise. By analyzing the sound samples collected from both microphones and generate a highly accurate anti-noise signal, UX3000 is capable of removing the ambient noise at high efficiency.

Final Audio UX3000 review: affordable wireless headphones for

Another issue is that the headphones don’t really turn off if you power them off with ANC enabled. You have to disable ANC and then you can actually power off the headphones, which is extremely inconvenient and a rather poor design choice. The Final UX3000 do not look overly unique they are made of plastic with small ear cups with faux leather padding but use a coating called shibro which protects the outside of the earcups from getting dirty. I have been using them for the last few weeks now and they are comfortable for short periods of time, however, the band did feel a little tight and the result was a little ear fatigue, especially after a long period of use. I will admit I thought these headphones felt kinda cheap when I took them out of the box. The plastic on the earcups is thin and the headphones don’t have much heft to them. However, on closer inspection, it’s clear that the build quality is good – but it’s not exactly a premium feel. The headphones are foldable and the earcups rotate 90 degrees so they have good portability and don’t take up much space in a bag. These are a very comfortable headphones. The earcups surround my ears with room to spare and the padding is soft yet dense enough to provide really good passive isolation and a very secure fit. The clamping force is moderate at most and the padding does a great job at alleviating any pressure. They feel very secure when on the move. Sound: 8/10The Bluetooth 5.0 has worked flawlessly during my testing. I didn’t have any connection issues and I found the working range to be about average. Battery Life The UX3000 is equipped with high-performance microphones and the noise-canceling function would not be muffling out the voices, so you could use it for conferences, gaming, or watching TV while being freed from ambient noises Connect to multiple devices In contrast to the general design, UX3000 is designed to fully optimize the acoustic characteristics of the driver itself. By featuring a completely new driver which is designed to be strong against stress and having its high-frequencies being applied with a slight correction through equalizer, UX3000 delivers premium sound quality which achieved good noise canceling performance and exceptional sound quality even for audiophiles.

Final UX3000 Review – Mainstream Against The Stream Final UX3000 Review – Mainstream Against The Stream

Along with the ZE3000 TWS, final released their first wireless headphones UX3000 equipped with ANC and hybrid noise canceling, an interesting exercise that blends together Japanese elements and tech-inspired features. Furthermore, the noise-cancelling function can be used independently even when not listening to music. It can be used as a soundproof earmuff by turning on the noise-cancelling function anytime, combining with the microphone function for making calls or teleworking web conferences, and you can hear the other person's voice clearly while shutting out the ambient noise. The final UX3000 feature the Bluetooth 5.0 standard along with the SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX Low Latency codecs. Unfortunately there’s no aptX HD nor LDAC. The connection range and strength are generally good, but entirely inside the average: my usual test of walking around the house reveals that the UX3000 cannot keep a stable connection in the whole flat and start stuttering when I venture more than ~5m away from my computer. One feature I especially appreciate is the presence of multi-point connection, which allows you to connect to up to two devices: this is especially helpful if you want to connect to your computer, so you can listen to music, as well as your phone, so you can take calls, without having to manually switch from one to the other. Watching videos with the UX3000 is a good experience. The synchronization is immaculate on both iPhone and Android. Gaming is doable too, with barely any latency noticeable, especially with Android (because of aptX Low Latency). Sound Not much is new in the world of over-ear headphones, certainly not where design is concerned. So it’s nice to find even a tiny point of difference here – Final Audio has deployed what it calls a ‘shibo’ finish over the fairly hard plastics that comprise most of the frame of the UX3000. An old Japanese word describing the wrinkles on the surface of paper or leather, ‘shibo’ here basically means an interestingly mottled finish that (in some lights) makes your headphones look like they need a bit of a wipe.

Nothing fancy, just like the latest tendency of the market. Keep the prices low, and the number of accessories as well as the quality of the unboxing experience itself won’t really bother anybody. Design, Build and Comfort The last thing I will write about in this paragraph is Active Noise Cancellation. I have to admit, that it works pretty well, the sound of the air conditioning in my office is being reduced really well. When canceling this kind of noise, ANC of Final UX 3000 does an almost as good job as the passive noise cancellation of my Craft Ears Fout CIEM, but when my colleagues start talking, then I can hear only their voices separated from the environment, that’s the thing hard to get used to. Sound Perhaps most agreeably of all, the UX3000 are notably small and compact by the standards of their peers. Many over-ear headphones like to dominate the wearer’s head, but not these.
