Normally I would find the silver screws unattractive, but, this particular fan is white, so it should be fine. For these fans, the critical point is the level of the blades, or rather the tonal spikes, which arise based on the nature of their undulations (and catching resonant frequencies). It’s only at the level of really fine detail that you’ll find that the P12 has slightly looser manufacturing tolerances than Arctic fans with a similar rotor. But among the group of Bang-For-the-Buck Builders, Arctic's Fans are well known for their Performance. The operating noise of the newly-developed ARCTIC motor is barely perceptible, even at the lowest speed. If the peak is relatively slimmer/sharper (and lower), it is mostly about the sound of the bearings. On the back of the box, there are the specifications and a few drawings of what the fan is capable of and what to expect. So with the same size hub, the gaps between the blades are naturally smaller on the P12, so there is less room for airflow leakage and higher static pressure is achieved.
