Appart that obvious black, red, and gold color scheme, this version have the head component almost completely remolded for the new character. Fans can take their Transformers figure collections to the next level with Generations Selects, a fan-dedicated line of figures featuring fan-favorite, special edition characters you can’t find in the main line. As a result I went to my closest GameStop last night, while there were no Artfire's, I did find it odd that they had one of the Galactic Odyssey Micromaster set. The notch is buried (top arrow), so can't get a fingernail in there (let alone being able to do that without chipping the surrounding red paint).

Black Zarak is one of the most well-known and notorious sufferers of gold plastic syndrome, or GPS - it is not uncommon for untouched, sealed examples to be found cracked or broken in box when they are first opened. but not very convincingly, as the layout of BZ' city mode is not exactly conductive to rolling cars around.The components of the new red spear can be attached to the alt mode, but add little to it, in my opinion. Overall, this is the class scorpion mode we know from the anime, and it lends itself to battle against Grand Maximus and Ginrai, as if they had a chance. All of BZ' accessories and parts are well hidden, and you'll need to dig everything out very carefully.

Unfortunately, Black Roritchi's gold deco does not match this figure, despite being intended to work with Black Zarak. The loss of blast effects is not a big deal especially since Scorponok only came with half a set regardless. Announced as the “Biggest upgrade kits of DNA” this pack brings you all the pieces, guns, extra parts, legs extenders and bonus which were released with the previous DK-19, DK-21 and DK-23 upgrade kits for Earthrise Scorponok now in one single and big pack and repainted to match Black Zarak’s colors.It gets better toward the end, but it is obvious that it was Takara's first try at their own Transformers show on their own. It looks full of personality, but overall it's not the reason why anybody would invest in this Titan toy. The headmaster figure has a dedicated cockpit inside the torso, but you need to un-transform most of BZ to access it.
