About this deal

Opening the top jam door slows the flywheel faster than normal; this appears to be a safety mechanism and works even if power is lost before the flywheel stops spinning. Sometimes the dart pressure is not enough to press the switch arm so the blaster won't fire the last dart (VERY ANNOYING! There is the jam door switch, the clip sensor switch, dart sensor switch, voltage switch (regulator), accel trigger switch, and probably others that I haven't come across yet.

Accuracy is better than expected (I can hit a human size target 5 out of 6 times at a 30 foot range). There was an older version of the Stryfe that was available for the first few months of the Stryfe's release that had boosted motors. The Stryfe's design is believed to have been derived from the popular Barricade RV-10 clip system modification, which replaces its cylinder with the clip well (from a different blaster, such as the Raider CS-35), effectively making the Barricade a clip-fed blaster.I've got some links for you here and as always if you have a question, post it I usually respond within 24 hours! The Elite XD Stryfe is a re-release of the N-Strike Elite Stryfe that was released in 2014 under the N-Strike Elite series. As with most N-STRIKE blasters, the Tactical Rail lets you add most N-STRIKE Tactical Rail accessories (sold separately) for more battle capability.

Unlike other flywheel blasters like the Rayven CS-18 or Hail-Fire, the Stryfe has a dart sensor that prevents the trigger from being pulled if a dart is not loaded in the magazine; worn darts may not be detected by this sensor. It is compact enough to carry as a secondary blaster, but combined with additional clip options (I'm thinking an 18 with a couple six back-ups) this could be a close quarters primary blaster. If you fire too quickly those flywheels lose speed in between shots, all of which in turn means the darts don't fly as far and tend not to fly as "straight" as they normally would. What I most like about this gun is its ability to handle different sized clips such as the 10 or 18.Early versions of the Elite XD Stryfe have a plastic dart gate in front of the flywheels, found on the original Stryfe. The Stryfe blaster has a compact size that allows for mobility on the battlefield and makes it a handy blaster to take along on any mission. The Stryfe was re-released twice in 2018: one re-release under the BattleCamo Series and another under the N-Strike Elite series as the Stryfe CQ-10.
