My two Build and Battle boxes had a pretty similar decks with a main difference in Infernape evolution chain + Moltres vs.
Players will be able to take on battles in the Casual Battles and Online Competitions modes as well.As you may have already noticed on one of the previous images, my first Build and Battle box had a Moltres promo! Cards you’ll get there will be different from what’s in your physical pack since they are randomly generated at the time of opening. Depending on your luck, you may also get your hands early on some staples or top hits from the expansion. That’s why you may not need an extra energy pack from the Stadium box if you just want to try these decks, head-to-head. There are also prerelease tournaments where you’re going to need this product, or at least a single Build and Battle box.

Most notable difference from the previous Build and Battle boxes is that Brilliant Stars edition contains ready-to-play decks. In the Stadium box there are two individual Build and Battle boxes, 4 standard Brilliant Stars boosters and some useful accessories: 6 damage counter dice, a pack of Brilliant Stars energies (121 total), 1 coin-flip die and 2 acrylic condition markers.
It’s not competitive at all for tournaments, but I find it awesome for a casual play with your family and kids and reminds how Pokémon TCG used to be when everything started. In the past, Build and Battle boxes would usually include a pack of 23 cards where you’d have to build something out of them combining with the cards from accompanying boosters. In the second deck I got an extra two Lucario besides my promo and also the useful Mothim which is not weak against the Fire - other deck’s type.If you can reach Master Ball Tier, the topmost tier, you'll have a chance to vie to be the best Pokémon Trainer in the world in fierce battles. Coin-flip die is kinda generic and is not Brilliant Stars exclusive as what you’d get in Brilliant Stars Elite Trainer Box. Pulls from the 4 boosters in Stadium box were nothing special for me but hey, I got my fellow Professor Rowan as a holo! To use the Battle Stadium, you may need to install update data that may become available on or after the games' release date.
It is still thin however and you may want to enhance it with some trainers from the boosters, depending on your luck. Booster packs are standard Pokémon booster products containing 10 game cards each and a code card to unlock a virtual booster pack in Pokémon TCG Online.You’ll also get a promo card when you redeem the code in PTCGO but it doesn’t has to be the same you actually got in your box.
