i love this fragrance always have but i cannot believe that it has no coconut in it because to me thats what always jumps out at me with each wearing but all in all i think its one of cerruti's best offerings and is in no way dated i would recommend this to anyone who loves a tropical vibe from there fragrances. uk is independent and by no means endorsed by any of the manufacturers and brand owners of the products we offer. Top notes consist of fresh barbancia leaf, crisp pear, zesty black pepper and heart of fresh jasmine.

Expert Tip: Hair is the most absorbent part of the body so a simple spritz directed above the head can go a long way! The first fragrance i fully went through a bottle of, it’s soapy fresh and sugary sweet (in a natural way) with that banana leaf note chilling in the back. This scent is different from most "female" citrus aromatics, the citrus is clear, and there are no other fruits to muddy its clarity.

Wonderful, wonderful spicy but soft and light scent that has many facets to enjoy while you wear it.

Image opens up bright; grapefruit and green notes mingle and then settle down with mint and some light woodiness, I also smell something a little bit smokey in the background, I see that Cerruti say it has a mineral carbon accord which may be what I can smell but it adds some intrigue and makes this already fresh and unique scent even more unusual. Image' is a very good name for this, as it gives an image of a soft but strong woman: sharp and cool, with a spicy side and very serious yet sensual foundation. It’s sweet like the pith of a pear, an evanescent sweetness rather than the more-common syrupy thickness that many modern perfumes. It changes the somewhat cloying scent of the Acqua into something unique that made me want to sleep wearing a t-shirt sprayed with the combo. On my skin the scent soon becomes clean - lemoney soap comes to my mind - and later also sweetly minty with a touch of light, almost transparent woods and roots.The brand’s fragrances highlight the traditional Italian style – modern, fresh, and unusual are the three words that can describe them. I acquired this scent, I believe through a blind swap, back when I was first on the lookout for interesting leather scents. I will happily update this review in a few weeks or months if I'm pulled around by it but at the moment, it's not looking good. This beautiful summer fragrance was an upbeat fragrance with an energetic top note thanks to banana leaves from Costa Rica, Williams pear and black pepper.

I guess it is in a way modern - indeed - and androgynous, (as TankGirl mentiones), rather than unisex. This comes very close to being unisex-but after this last evaluation, I should say it is more of a slightly masculine feminine scent than a true uni. A perfume that brings me very far back in the university days and that evokes me beautiful memories. Don't get me wrong, I do not dislike it, just too bland, but that can be good, perfect for the office, if you must commute in a crowded intercity bus o metro, for a job interview, etc. Perfumes are often designed with top, middle and base notes, and designed to smell different based on the time after application.In the mid you feel the pear and a little bit of the sweet plum creeping in alongside the greenness. This means that I don’t always like this when I smell it but I’ll reach for it from time to time to cleanse my palate, so to speak.
