About this deal

In the game, players play as a citizen, who just moved into the neighborhood, and try to break into their neighbor's house. A new Hello Neighbor game initially titled Hello Guest was later revealed to be the Pre-Alpha of Hello Neighbor 2 and on July 23, 2020, it was announced as the official sequel to the original game. The gameplay, control scheme and technical performance have been heavily criticized, though the story, the story elements and the art style were praised. Hello Neighbor 2 invites you to a seemingly quiet town of Raven Brooks where everyone is hiding something. Act 3 is where things get really crazy and the game decides to mess with you as it introduces some rather annoyingly hard side-missions as you try and get back into the house, only this time you’re a young adult.

Hello Neighbor is a stealth horror game about sneaking into your neighbor’s house to figure out what horrible secrets he’s hiding in the basement. However, after his wife and daughter were killed in two separate accidents, he became a recluse and, in his grief, locked his son in the basement to prevent him from getting hurt. In Hello Engineer, the Rescue Squad explore an open world based on the abandoned Golden Apple Amusement Park and must collect scrap to build various machines while avoiding Mr.Hello Neighbour is a stealth horror game about sneaking into your Neighbour 's house to figure out what horrible secrets he's hiding in the basement. The neighbour seems to have the eyes of a hawk and the ears of a moth (surprisingly the animal with the best hearing in the world). To be honest though, I personally thought this mechanic, or lack of, made the game more stressful and intense – in a good way.

I know, that’s probably hard to believe as it seems like I’ve been in rant overload since the very beginning, but if you look past its unpolished mechanics and controls, it’s not a bad puzzle game. Your challenge, in Hello Neighbor, is to break into your neighbour’s house and find out what dirty little secrets he has hiding within that basement of his! This is accomplished by utilising a lot of inventory puzzles as well as sneaking around without him realising where you are and even smashing things to cause a distraction. This game mode includes a yellow-and-black background, music of the game and a multitude of Bendy appearances. Long forgotten rumors of children going missing up at the abandoned schoolhouse have begun to resurface, but the only one still there is the cranky old caretaker and his mean watch dogs! It’s been a few months, I’ve completed the game, and it’s now part of the Xbox Gamepass for all subscribers, so let’s take a look and see what I thought of the game considering I’m not the biggest fan of this particular genre. However, I did get enjoyment out of figuring out what I needed to do and pissing off the neighbour by throwing things at his face over, and over again. The controls aren’t as tight as you’d hope and require in a game full of platforming and fiddly inventory puzzle mechanics. The game's artificial intelligence (AI) modifies the neighbor's behavior based on the player's past actions, such as setting traps along paths the player followed in a previous attempt. Looking past the fiddly controls (which you get used to), the floaty movements, the interesting yet obscure puzzles, and the ramp in difficulty within the mini-games in act three, I actually enjoyed playing Hello Neighbor.

Every character in Hello Neighbour 2 is powered by a neural network AI, learning from the players, doing everything in their power to protect their gated community and its secrets. An animated series based on Hello Neighbor titled was announced on 17 April 2020, with a pilot episode releasing on YouTube the same day. It feels like an investigative journalist simulator - sneak around and find out your neighbors' secrets. For Halloween 2017, a promotional mod was released including multiple elements from the indie game Bendy and the Ink Machine. Rather than try and make a quick buck out of cheap thrills, Dynamic Pixels and tinyBuild took the popular trope of hide-and-seek horror and twisted it into something new and creative. It is implied throughout the events of the game that most of Act 3 and the Finale is a nightmare occurring in Nicky's head and that his escape from the house signifies him finally coming to terms with his kidnapping as a child at the hands of Mr.
