If you need a dehumidifier capable of reducing moisture in a larger space or have more significant damp levels, then you need a dehumidifier with a high extraction rate. The HEPA filter makes it a great choice for anyone with allergies too, as it will rid the air of dust, pollen and any other pollutants that may cause irritation. The built-in carry handle and castors make it easier to move around the home, but it's certainly not a portable dehumidifier.

That said, desiccants do push heat back into your home, so you’ll save money on your heating bills – ideal for smaller rooms that suffer from cold. Excessive humidity can be harmful to both your health and your property making a dehumidifier a necessity. The water tank is situated at the front of the unit and there’s a small window, so you can keep an eye on the water level, but when it’s full the LED light will light up to indicate it needs emptying.
