The gin is distilled at Langley's distillery in the west midlands using traditional methods, with the help of the beloved copper pot still named "Angela". In 1999 Martin Miller had the mad idea to produce a genius gin by separately distilling citrus and earthy botanicals and blending to strength with the purest Icelandic water.
