A typical football book, easy to read, easy to follow the story line, a story about a football manager will excite you or not, for me, as a football fan, I really enjoyed this book, the book provided me with everything I anticipated, the only negative I can think, is that the book is written, whilst Jurgen Klopp is still active as a football manager, so it is not a complete career story, I prefer books written about footballers, and football manager once they have completed their careers so you get the whole story. With rewritten text for older children, the treasuries each bring together a multitude of dreamers in a single volume. In my opinion, the book is much the better for this as it flip flops between outlining how the author fell in love with Liverpool FC as a young boy (following an initial flirtation with Celtic), detailing Klopp's early life, footballing career and forays into management with Mainz and Borussia Dortmund, before providing comparisons between Klopp and the man who previously galvanised Liverpool FC, Bill Shankly.

As an avid Liverpool fan, I of course enjoyed the content of this book — but it is undermined by its author: prone to referencing his own books, occasional juvenile language and bizarre choices of form, I think used to add spice to an otherwise quite formulaic text.
